Career Bound Workshop
The Career Bound workshop is offered only by Ask Liz Ryan and presented exclusively by Liz to college and university students across the U.S. Career Bound (TM) is a half-day workshop targeted at undergraduate and graduate students, a fast-paced, information-packed introduction to the world of new-millennium job search. Liz covers the range of current job search topics from using LinkedIn in a job search to handling tricky offer negotiation and offer-juggling issues. Participants learn how to research employers online to write pithy, targeted cover letters, how to reach decision-makers, how to use their on- and offline networks in the job search and how to gauge their worth on the job market. Students, faculty and Career Center leaders rave about the dynamic, highly interactive Career Bound (TM) workshop, which one MBA student at the University of Colorado-Boulder declared "Should be required for graduation!"
